Job summary

Haemonetics Interventional Technologies is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, service, repair and maintain a portfolio of devices across South East England and Midlands. You will travel within your region and the UK, providing application support and customer training to ensure proper use of Haemonetics equipment.

The role requires a technical degree or equivalent and a proven field service background with excellent English.

Qualifications

Degree in technical engineering or equivalent.
At least four years of experience in a Field Service position or medical device environment.
Excellent English and customer-facing skills.
Willingness to travel and stay overnight (1–2 nights per week).

Responsibilities

Install, proactively perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair Haemonetics systems within the region.
Minimize downtime through effective training of site personnel and fast problem investigations.
Organize, coordinate and prepare application training for customers and site personnel.
Deliver application training to site personnel to ensure correct use of equipment.
Coordinate and deliver technical training for customer personnel and Haemonetics employees.
Develop partnerships with prospective customers by organizing product demos and promoting Haemonetics products.
