Job summary

Domo Tactical Communications is seeking a Field Service Engineer to help customers deploy and optimise our wireless security and IP‑centric systems. You will configure equipment, deliver demonstrations, support integration with wider networks, troubleshoot issues and travel across the UK/Europe.

You’ll be based at our Whiteley site when not travelling, with up to two weeks of travel per month, and training will be provided to develop RF knowledge and product familiarity.

Qualifications

Practical experience configuring or troubleshooting IP networked systems, incl. VLANs, routing and multicast.
Enjoy hands-on problem solving and explaining technical issues to customers of varying expertise.
Experience with RF or wireless systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Set up and deliver product demonstrations, customer trials and training.
Configure and support IP, wireless and video communication systems.
Help customers integrate equipment with their wider networks and platforms.
Diagnose technical problems remotely and on site, reproducing issues for engineering teams.
Prepare and maintain demonstration equipment at Whiteley site.
Collaborate with Sales, Engineering and Product teams to tailor solutions.
Record support activity and produce clear technical documentation.
