Job summary

Reliance High-Tech is seeking a Service Engineer – Site Based (London) to provide technical fault-finding and repairs across CCTV, access control, and intruder systems. You will work on varied security installations, from small sites to multi-site deployments, ensuring quick remedies, high uptime, and strong customer focus.

This role requires staying current with hardware and software platforms, collaborating with the wider engineering team, and providing emergency coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• NVQ 3 in Electronic Security or equivalent proven experience.
• Knowledge of Access control / CCTV / Intercom / Intruder systems.
• Willingness to undergo security screening and training.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical fault finding and repairs across PC/Network based and analogue security systems.
• Work with CCTV operating systems ranging from small to large multi-site installations.
• Handle out-of-hours emergency solutions as per rota.
• Collaborate with other teams to meet customer expectations.
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge through training.
