Job summary

Hughes Safety Showers is seeking a field service technician to service and maintain Hughes Safety Showers products across customer sites in the UK. You will support Sales, Admin and Operations, promote fixed service plans, and identify cross-sell opportunities for other Justrite Safety Group products.

The role requires strong mechanical, electrical and plumbing skills, awareness of ATEX/ISO standards, and excellent communication with customers.

Qualifications

• Competent level of mechanical, electrical and plumbing skills.
• Industrial health and safety awareness is essential.
• ATEX and ISO standards awareness.
• Great customer facing skills and communication abilities.
• Honest and cross-functional collaboration mindset.

Responsibilities

• To service and maintain Hughes Safety Showers products.
• Support both internal and external customers (Sales, Admin and Operations).
• Promote the sale of fixed service plans.
• Undertake cross-sell activities for other Justrite Safety Group products.
• Carry out critical field service activities.
• Assist in service van stock reduction and monitoring.
• Ensure guidelines and standards of work are understood and met.
• Maintain a professional appearance and promote the company image.
• Complete all company documentation punctually.
• Attend training courses and meetings as required.
• Provide support to management and colleagues and contribute to success.
• Observe health & safety guidelines and contribute to a safe working environment.
