Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Field Service Engineer specializing in rotating equipment. The role involves visiting customer sites across Scotland to perform PPM, RM and servicing on biomass boilers, with full on-the-job training provided.

Working hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional away-from-home stays and a 1 in 4 on-call cycle. This is a hands-on opportunity with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience with rotating equipment is required.
• Willing to travel across Scotland and stay away when needed.
• On-the-job training provided for bespoke industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive maintenance on industrial equipment.
• Servicing on biomass boilers with training provided.
• Travel to customer sites and overnight stays as required.
