Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited in Inverness is seeking a Service Engineer to join a leading renewables business. You'll travel to customer sites to perform PPM, RM and servicing on rotating equipment and biomass boilers, with training provided if needed.

The role requires staying away when needed and being on call 1 in 4 weeks, Monday to Friday 8am-5pm, covering Scotland. This is a long-term, stable position with career development in mind.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Field Service Engineer in an industrial setting.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and stay away overnight.
• Comfortable with planned and reactive maintenance on large equipment.

Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive maintenance, servicing of industrial equipment
• Working on biomass boilers with training given
• Covering Scotland, some staying away
• Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours a week
