Job summary

Euro-projects Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain biomass heating systems across multiple counties in the UK, with a focus on planned maintenance and minimal overnight stays.

The role covers installation, commissioning, fault finding and repair work, supported by a premium-brand company van, quality tools and structured product training. Travel is mainly day-based, fostering a strong team culture and long-standing manufacturing expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Field Service Engineer, Maintenance Engineer or Mechanical Engineer.
• Industrial plant or process equipment experience.
• Fault finding and repair skills.
• Installation and commissioning experience.
• Mechanical engineering background.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain biomass heating systems.
• Install and commission biomass equipment.
• Carry out fault finding and repair work.
• Maintain industrial shredding equipment.
• Complete service reports and inspections.
• Support planned maintenance programmes.
