Job summary

Fluid Water Group in London is seeking a Field Service Engineer (Service & Installations) to service, commission, fault-find, and repair pumps and pressurised systems across domestic and commercial sites. You will lead pre-installation site surveys and installation of pumps, while maintaining accurate records using company systems and devices.

The role requires strong customer service, driving licence, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Proven experience servicing, commissioning and installing pumps and pressurised systems.
• Advanced fault-finding and repair experience on pumping and pressurisation equipment.
• Strong knowledge of pumps and pressurised systems.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Location: London & M25

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, commissioning, advanced fault finding and repairs on pumps and pressurised systems across domestic and commercial customer sites.
• Lead and support pre-installation site surveys and the installation of pumps and pressurised systems.
• Carry out site surveys and provide accurate technical information and recommendations to the office team.
• Maintain accurate customer, asset and contract information using company systems and mobile devices.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with Health & Safety procedures, Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
• Complete all required service documentation and reports accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent customer service and identify opportunities to promote AGM services.
• Provide technical guidance, support and training to colleagues where required.
• Participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota where required to provide 24/7 customer support.

Knowledge and Skills

• Proven experience servicing, commissioning and installing pumps and pressurised systems.
• Advanced fault-finding and repair experience on pumping and pressurisation equipment.
• Strong knowledge of pumps and pressurised systems.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organised, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements within a field service environment.
• Willingness to undertake further technical and Health & Safety training to support ongoing development.

Full Time 5 days a week or a reduced week of 3 full days.
