Position: Field Service Engineer (Pumps)

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 + Overtime (£5,000 - £15,000 OTE) + Commission (£5,000 - £10,000 OTE) + Door-to-Door Pay + On-Call Retainer + Company Vehicle + Qualifications + Progression

Location: Croydon

Are you a Field Service Engineer with experience working with Pumps or similar equipment, seeking a new role with a market-leading company that offers development opportunities and external qualifications for career progression? Do you want to increase your earnings through regular overtime and a generous commission structure?

Join an employee-focused company with a proven record of internal promotion. The company manufactures, installs, and services submersible fluid pumps for various commercial clients around Greater London.

This role involves traveling from home to site with door-to-door pay, following a pre-planned schedule that allows you to choose the order of your jobs, adhering to AM and PM slots. There is also the opportunity to take on extra jobs most days at overtime rates past 5:30 pm.

This position is suitable for someone with an electrical or mechanical background in servicing or installing pumps who is looking to join a company that invests in your future and provides clear progression paths.
