Job description

Want to be part of an industry leading team of Service Engineers committed to delivering excellent customer service?

Working for an employer with over 150 years of experience in the fuelling industry providing solutions for all legacy and modern-day fuelling needs.

This exciting position will provide reactive (Installation/repair) and preventative maintenance to equipment and infrastructure at customer/partner sites within the Retail Fuel industry – both EV and traditional Pump. This position will be remotely based covering the West London area.

Key duties:

  • Undertake all general servicing of forecourt fuel monitoring, commercial fueling systems and delivery systems – automatic tank gauge and safety monitoring systems, fuel pumps, EV chargers, dispensers and other equipment associated with fuel delivery systems.
  • Planned preventive maintenance work, calibration, and regulatory inspections of all aspects of fueling solutions. To include measuring charging infrastructure performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Commission, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair rapid DC, AC, ultra and HPC EV chargers. To liaise with the EV Service providers helpdesk and remote diagnostic teams.
  • Investigate and undertake fault diagnostics and repairs on customer forecourt sites, ensuring the most cost effective and efficient solutions are implemented to enable chargers/pumps to be fully activated.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience of maintaining forecourt fuelling equipment is desirable but is not essential as training will be provided.
  • Previous electrical or electronic experience or a willingness and commitment to learn these skills.
  • Previous electro mechanic working experience or ability to grasp this knowledge/concept quickly.
  • Full UK driving licence.
