Job summary

Luton Bennett is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service mobile/industrial equipment across the South East and East Anglia. You will perform electrical and mechanical repairs on recycling equipment at client sites, with a focus on installation, commissioning, and component fitting.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with generous overtime and stay-away travel; candidates must hold an electrical qualification and be comfortable with travel across the region.

Qualifications

• Electrical qualification required.
• Experience with electrical and mechanical repair on industrial equipment.
• Comfortable with travel and overnight stays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Repair or replacement of damaged parts on recycling equipment at client sites.
• Perform electrical and mechanical service and fitting to specifications.

Field Service Engineer required for a fast growing and reputable recycling company offering lots of overtime and training on the equipment. Engineers need to have an electrical qualification.

You’ll be responsible for electrical and mechanical repair work on recycling equipment at clients sites across the Southeast and East Anglia.

Field Service Engineer Role

• Repairing or replacing damaged parts and reassembling at clients sites
• Electrical and mechanical service and fitting components to meet specifications and standards
• Lots of overtime
• Call out rota 1 week in 7
• Stay away in the week when needed primarily for install and commissioning

Field Service Engineer Required

• PLC's and electrical fault finding
• Comfortable with travel and stay away when needed
• Electrical qualifications - 16 to 18th Edition and level 3 electrical or equivalent
