Job summary

Timpson Group is hiring a Field Service Engineer in Stoke-on-Trent. You will service photobooths, photo printers, and key-cutting machines, with a 45-hour week across 5 of 7 days and a starting salary of £29,952 plus a bonus scheme.

Full training and a company vehicle are provided. Based near the Stoke area, you will travel to nearby locations to service equipment while maintaining our high standards of service and customer care.

Qualifications

• No experience required; extensive training provided in all skills, service and management.

Responsibilities

• To replenish and restock our machines
• To carry out preventative service visits within a pre-determined territory
• To complete site surveys for new machine installations
• To clean machines to keep them in excellent condition for customers
• To carry out cash removals and deposits
• To complete repairs as part of ongoing maintenance
• To manage stock on-site and in vehicles
• To provide cover to field engineers in other territories
• To work with concession partners’ staff and maintain good relationships
• To maintain a smart appearance and always leave machines in better condition
