Job summary

Timpson Group is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join the expanding field service team in Warwick. You will service photobooths, photo printing kiosks, and key-cutting machines, with full training provided and a company vehicle supplied.

The role involves 45 hours per week across five days, in a active and supportive environment. Starting salary is £29,952 per annum with an uncapped monthly bonus often around £400.

Qualifications

Full driving licence required
Self-motivated and eager to learn
No prior experience required – full training provided

Responsibilities

To replenish and restock machines within a designated area
To carry out preventative service visits within a pre-determined territory
To complete site surveys for new machine installations
To clean machines and ensure they are in excellent condition for customers
To carry out cash removals and deposits
To complete repairs as part of an ongoing maintenance program
To manage stock on-site and in vehicles
To support or cover other field engineers in different territories
To build good working relationships with concession partners' colleagues
To maintain professional appearance and wear uniforms and name badges at all times
To ensure machines are kept in a better condition than found
