Atlas Copco Group is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment at customer sites across the UK. Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or equivalent in engineering.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Enthusiastic and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Carry out service, maintenance, and repair on electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Work safely in line with policies and site requirements.
• Communicate effectively with customers, contractors, and colleagues throughout projects.
• Coordinate service visits with the wider service team.
• Participate in the on‑call rota alongside fellow engineers.
• Provide technical support, guidance, and advice to customers.
• Complete service documentation accurately and thoroughly.
• Keep up to date with product developments, technical knowledge, and industry best practice.
• Support and mentor junior engineers and apprentices where appropriate.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships.
• Ensure work areas, tools, and company vehicles are kept clean, tidy, and safe.
