Nationwide Platforms, the UK market leader in powered access, is seeking a Mobile Service Engineer to travel to customer sites in and around Uxbridge. You will maintain, repair and inspect a range of powered access equipment to high standards, with a focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

Experience in plant, diesel engineering, auto electrics, hydraulics and diagnostics/fault finding.
Relevant general maintenance qualification.
Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

Fault-finding, servicing, repairs and maintenance of powered access equipment at depot and customer sites.
Routine service and maintenance of all equipment and products.
Complete all relevant paperwork in line with company procedures.
Carry out refurbishment of equipment when necessary.
Promote teamwork across depots to ensure effective workshop performance.
Estimate and advise on repair costs, and advise on write-offs and recharges to customers.
Keep van stocked with spare parts and maintain service records in systems.
