Job summary

WH Bence is seeking an experienced Service Engineer to join our field service team. You will work from our service premises in Yate, near Bristol, and travel on specialist vehicle contracts across the UK and Ireland.

A service van and company mobile will be provided, with standby call-outs on a rota that may involve overtime and occasional overnight stays. You should have mechanical maintenance experience and be able to diagnose and repair mobile units, with a focus on servicing trailers and

Qualifications

• Must hold a full Category B driving licence to apply
• Sound knowledge of servicing and maintaining trailers and vehicles is required
• Experience in auto vehicle electrics and hydraulics will be advantageous though not essential

Responsibilities

• Carry out mobile servicing, diagnostics, and repair
• Perform breakdown assistance
• Complete service reports and maintain accurate records
• Provide exceptional customer service on-site
