Job summary

TRS Consulting is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain advanced sterilisation equipment, including autoclaves and washer disinfectors, across healthcare sites in the UK.

You will install, repair and service our sterilisation systems, ensuring high availability and compliance. The role emphasizes customer-facing engagement, strong product training, and ongoing professional development within a market-leading company.

Qualifications

• Strong background in a field service or technical support role.
• Experience on endoscope washers, medical/autoclaves, sterilisation systems or washer disinfectors.
• HTM, STM or WTM qualification.
• Impeccable customer service skills.
• An interest in IT.
• The ability to remain confident in customer facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Service, installation, repair and general maintenance of sterilisation systems, washer disinfectors and autoclaves.
• Respond to field service calls and provide effective on-site support.
• Install, commission and troubleshoot equipment at healthcare/life sciences sites.
