TRS Consulting is recruiting a Field Service Engineer to service and repair a wide range of medical surgical AV systems across NHS and private healthcare settings. You will travel to customer sites, diagnose issues, and provide practical solutions while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service or technical support within high value electronic capital equipment.
• Qualified to ONC or HNC level in electronics or related technical discipline.
• Impeccable customer service skills with confidence in customer-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Carry out service and breakdown repairs on medical systems used in theatres, NHS, and private healthcare.
• Visit customer sites and provide troubleshooting solutions.
• Liaise with clinicians and external contacts across NHS and private healthcare organisations.
