Qualifications

• 3 years of experience servicing/installing medical imaging equipment (CT & Nuclear preferred).
• Experience in handling computers, SW installations, and upgrades.
• Able to work independently with a strong sense of customer service.

• Create/execute resources and programs to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Provide onsite and phone support for issues related to software and clinical applications.
• Engage necessary resources for timely problem resolution.
