Job summary

TRS Consulting is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service, install, calibrate and repair medical diagnostics systems at customer sites, including NHS laboratories and pathology departments.

You should have a background in a customer-facing field service role, with an engineering, electronics or science qualification (ONC/City & Guilds/NVQ). Full product training will be provided, with opportunities to progress to more senior FSE roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing field service engineering.
• Background with high-value capital equipment.
• Engineering/electronics/science qualification at ONC/City & Guilds/NVQ level or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Service, installation, breakdown, repair and calibration of medical diagnostics systems.
• Support clinical chemistry and blood diagnostics products at customer sites.
