Job Description:

Overview

This role involves diagnosing faults, servicing, and repairing lifting and handling equipment, working independently on customer sites, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure optimal solutions. The position requires working with engines, batteries, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical and mechanical fault finding.

The Package:

• Base salary between £30,000-£35,000 with potential to earn at least £40,000
• Company van + Fuel Card with personal use
• Overtime at 1.5X
• Travel time and expenses paid door-to-door from home to site
• Mobile phone, tablet, and uniform provided
• 28 days holiday including bank holidays
• Pension scheme

The Requirements:

• Experience in Forklift, Plant, HGV, or Agricultural industries (essential)
• Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanical, and electrical systems (essential)
• Electrical and/or Mechanical fault finding, repair & service experience (essential)
• Experience working with engines and batteries (essential)
• Relevant qualifications such as NVQ or City and Guilds in mechanical/electrical engineering (advantageous)
• LOLER inspection ticket (advantageous)
• Full UK Drivers License
