Qualifications

2 years of hands-on experience installing, troubleshooting and repairing complex analytical instruments.
Experience in Flow Cytometry would be an advantage.
Strong electronics and mechanical troubleshooting skills with ability to diagnose issues down to assembly level.
Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair complex analytical instruments.
Provide excellent customer service across research, industrial and healthcare settings.
Document service activities and prepare detailed reports.
