Jungheinrich is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support customers across the Telford region. This hands-on role involves carrying out maintenance and repairs on materials handling equipment, diagnosing faults, and delivering excellent on-site customer service.

You will work independently, manage your schedule, and hold a full UK driving licence. The position offers overtime and ongoing training in a high-demand engineering sector, with a clear progression path within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Solid mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.
• Experience working in a field-based or customer-facing role.
• The ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• A full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on materials handling equipment.
• Diagnose faults using electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Complete accurate service reports, documentation, and parts management.
• Deliver excellent customer service on-site, acting as a company ambassador.
• Identify upsell opportunities and additional work where appropriate.
• Ensure full health & safety compliance at all times.
