Generator Power, the UK’s largest independent generator company, seeks a field-based service engineer to service, repair and respond to breakdowns on hire fleet and customer equipment across sites in Wales and surrounding areas.

You will work a Monday to Friday 40-hour week with generous overtime, a company vehicle, pension, and development opportunities. Salary details will be discussed at interview.

Responsabilités

• Carry out planned service and maintenance work on hire fleet and customers' equipment.
• Fault location, diagnosis and rectification on hire fleet and customers' equipment.
• Prepare equipment for hire.
• Install and commission power to temporary site accommodation; wire in where appropriate.
• Load and unload vehicles.
• Work on call-out rota system.
• Keep work areas tidy and complete paperwork as per procedure.
• Ensure company vehicles are serviced, clean and defects reported promptly.
