Job summary

We are partnering with a well-established manufacturer of industrial lubricants and metalworking fluids in the West Midlands. Two Fluid Technicians will join the service team to provide on-site support, testing, reporting, and technical assistance to maintain optimal performance for customers.

Ideal candidates come from service engineering, manufacturing, automotive or maintenance backgrounds and are able to travel within the West Midlands.

Qualifications

• Experience in service engineering, manufacturing, or maintenance environment.
• Willingness to travel across West Midlands.
• Strong customer-facing skills and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support to manufacturing customers in West Midlands.
• Test and monitor metalworking fluids; record results in cloud software.
• Take corrective actions to maintain fluid performance and productivity.
• Support fluid changes, product trials and CNC prep activities.
• Build strong relationships as a trusted technical contact.
