Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Field Service Engineer from Electronics, Electrical, Communications or Marine backgrounds to join a globally renowned company delivering specialist training and clear career progression.

You will travel to customer sites across the UK, install, commission, service and fault-find on advanced electronic systems aboard naval vessels, commercial ships and shore facilities, with a 37-hour week and overtime when required.

Qualifications

• Field Service Engineer / Electronics Engineer / Electrical Engineer / Communications Engineer.
• Electronics fault-finding experience and basic networking knowledge.
• Full UK driving licence and valid passport.

Responsibilities

Are you a Field Service Engineer from an Electronics, Electrical, Communications or Marine background looking to join a globally renowned company offering specialist training and excellent career development?

This company are a global leader in the design and manufacture of advanced systems supplied into the Marine and Defence sectors. Due to continued growth, they are looking to expand their specialist engineering team.

In this varied role, you will travel to customer sites across the UK, carrying out installation, commissioning, servicing and fault-finding on specialist electronic systems. You will work on naval vessels, commercial ships and shore-based equipment, receiving ongoing technical training.

This role would suit an Engineer with an Electronics or Electrical background looking for a technically challenging position with international travel, specialist training and long-term progression.

The salary advertised is the bracket available for this position. The actual salary paid will be dependent on your level of experience, qualifications and skill set and will be decided by our client, the employer.
