Job summary

Demob Job Ltd is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, calibrate and fault-find bespoke equipment across customer sites in Bristol, Gloucester and surrounding areas. This role suits electrically biased engineers who enjoy solving problems and working independently while developing specialist skills.

You will undertake regular regional travel with overnight stays; overtime and expenses are paid, and a company car or car allowance is typically provided.

Qualifications

• Electrical, electronic or avionics engineering background.
• Level 3 electrical/electronic engineering qualification or equivalent.
• Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
• Flexible approach to regional travel and overnight stays.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning, calibration, servicing and fault finding of bespoke engineering equipment.
• Regional travel with regular overnight stays to support customer requirements.
• All expenses are fully covered and overnight payments are provided.
