Teambuilder Recruitment Limited is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support woodworking machinery, including edgebanders, in the UK. The role is mechanically biased and requires willingness to travel away from home during the week.

You will cover UK, repair and installation tasks, and provide on-site training for customers. A background with machine tools and CNC/PLC experience would be advantageous; a valid UK driving license is essential.

• To provide in-house and on-site support to customers for the repair and maintenance ,
• To complete installations.
• To carry out on-site customer training and assist with in-house training when required.
• To repair or replace sub assembly modules.
• To carry out on-site and in-house upgrades.
• Be prepared to travel at short notice.

You will be working on Woodworking equipment such as; Edgebanders, sanders, planers, bandsaws and routers.

A good background of working on Machine tools is required. Experience of CNC / PLC controlled machines would be a bonus.

The role

You will be for an international Machine tool manufacturer.

UK driving license.

Ideally you will be based in the Central England.
