Job summary

Staffbase Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Field Service Engineer to cover the South Central England M4 corridor, with home-based duties and travel to customer sites. You will perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on woodworking machinery, including CNC systems, with a focus on reliability and uptime.

The role requires strong mechanical and 3-phase electrical maintenance experience. The package features £39K-£48K basic, OT, van, door-to-door pay and 28 days annual leave, with OTE

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical and 3-phase electrical maintenance of machinery.
• Knowledge or experience with CNC or woodworking machinery is advantageous.
• Ability to read electrical schematics/drawings is essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on woodworking machinery.
• Fault finding and repair on pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Maintain and repair motors, servos, 415V circuits and related electrical systems.
