Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is supporting a specialist engineering supplier to recruit a Field Service Engineer specialising in compressed air systems in the Northeast. You will service, maintain and repair compressors, air dryers and associated equipment across customer sites.

You'll diagnose mechanical and pneumatic faults, carry out preventative maintenance and support system improvements to keep equipment reliable.

Qualifications

• Experience working with compressed air systems.
• Background as Field Service Engineer.
• Full UK driving license.

Are you a Field Service Engineer, who has experience working with compressed air systems, looking to join a specialist company with development opportunities?

On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established specialist engineering supplier, providing compressed air equipment and engineering services to customers across the Northeast.

You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing compressed air systems and associated equipment across a range of customer sites.

This will involve carrying out preventative maintenance, diagnosing mechanical and pneumatic faults, completing repairs and supporting system improvements to ensure equipment remains reliable and efficient.

This role would suit a Field Service Engineer who specialises, or has worked with, compressed air systems.

The Role

• Carry out routine servicing, inspections and preventative maintenance on compressed air equipment
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and pneumatic faults
• Service and maintain compressors, air dryers and associated equipment
• Working across the North East, from Yorkshire up to the Scottish Borders
• Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5
