Job Description

Our client has a large manufacturing facility based in Rochdale and they are looking for hard-working individuals to join their manufacturing team. They are a global company, and this role will involve working abroad, particularly in America or China throughout the year.

The successful candidate must have a background in CNC and be confident in fault finding and servicing a range of machinery.

Job Responsibilities

1. Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and upgrades to machinery on clients' sites.
2. Maintaining and building client relationships during site visits.
3. Diagnosing problems and resolving issues as required.
4. Providing support over the phone or in person to other global sites.
5. Collaborating with sales and production teams when not on site.
6. Traveling globally to assist manufacturing sites and ensure maximum output.

Job Requirements

• Experience in CNC milling or grinding backgrounds.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages.
• Flexibility to work away from home, with travel expected to constitute around 30 weeks per year.

Hours: 37 hours per week, with overtime paid for hours exceeding this.

Overseas travel: This role involves significant travel, paid door-to-door, including working allowances.
