We are looking for a new colleague to join our team and help us to look after our estate of photobooths, photo printing machines, and key cutting machines. Full training and a company vehicle will be provided.

Field Service Engineer - Full Time

45 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days

Salary: £28,782 per annum + bonus scheme

Location: Stoke-on-Trent, UK

We are seeking a candidate based within approximately 10 miles of Stoke-on-Trent, with the willingness to travel around the surrounding areas to service machines.

We pride ourselves on amazing our customers and colleagues. You will enjoy multitasking and using your initiative to ensure all of our photobooths, photo printing kiosks, and key machines are operational and well-maintained, helping us turn first-time customers into lifelong clients.

Working hours are 45 per week, across 5 days out of 7. The starting salary is £28,782, with an uncapped monthly bonus often around £400 after probation.

Key Responsibilities

• Replenish and restock machines
• Carry out preventative service visits within a designated territory
• Complete site surveys for new machine installations
• Clean machines to ensure they look great for customers
• Perform cash removals and deposits
• Complete repairs as part of ongoing maintenance
• Manage stock on-site and in vehicles
• Support or cover holiday shifts for other engineers
• Build strong relationships with colleagues and concession partners
• Maintain a professional appearance and leave machines in excellent condition
