About the role

Our client, an established print and document management company, is recruiting a Printer Service Engineer to join their Field Service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and supporting Canon printing devices to ensure optimal performance for clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance on Canon printers (laser, inkjet, and multifunction devices).
2. Provide on-site support and troubleshooting for Canon printers at client locations.
3. Diagnose and resolve printer issues, including hardware malfunctions, software problems, and connectivity issues.
4. Conduct regular servicing and preventative maintenance on Canon devices to maximize efficiency and lifespan.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in repairing and maintaining Canon printers (laser, inkjet, and multifunction).
• In-depth knowledge of Canon printing technology, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with various types of printers, from small office to enterprise-level machines.
• Valid driving license.
