Job summary

Hunter Selection Ltd is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join a growing technical services team covering the UK. The role involves installation, commissioning, maintenance and on-site support for high-end aesthetic laser systems and medical devices.

You will travel primarily within the M25 region with some wider UK travel, applying strong fault-finding skills and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a field service engineer servicing high-value electro-mechanical equipment.
• Strong electrical fault-finding and preventative maintenance skills.
• Customer-focused and able to work on-site with some UK travel.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission and handover advanced aesthetic and medical systems.
• Perform planned maintenance and calibration.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical/electronic/mechanical issues.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers.
• Travel primarily within the M25 region with some wider assignments.

Salary: GBP40000 - GBP50000 per annum + + Car Allowance

London & Home Counties (M25 Region)

Are you an experienced Field Service Engineer looking to join a rapidly growing business at an exciting stage of its journey?

We're working with an expanding technical services organisation that supports high-end medical and aesthetic technology across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a customer-focused Field Service Engineer to join their close-knit engineering team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer with experience servicing aesthetic laser systems, medical devices, or other sophisticated electro-mechanical equipment who wants to work for a company where their contribution genuinely makes a difference.

The Role

• Installation, commissioning and customer handover of advanced aesthetic and medical systems
• Planned preventative maintenance and calibration work
• Fault-finding and repair of electrical, electronic and mechanical issues
• Providing technical support to customers both remotely and on-site
• Working closely with a small, supportive engineering team
• Majority of travel within the M25 region, with occasional travel further afield when required

The Ideal Candidate

• Ideally from the aesthetic laser industry
• Experience working on medical devices, laser systems, beauty technology, healthcare equipment or similar high-value technical equipment
• Strong electrical and electro-mechanical fault-finding skills
• Customer-focused and professional approach
• Full UK driving licence
