Job summary

Cleansing Service Group Limited (CSG) is seeking a Field Service Engineer to deliver maintenance and repair services to domestic and commercial customers from Newark-on-Trent, England. The role is permanent and full-time, with an average 48-hour week and a salary up to £40,000 based on experience.

You'll diagnose issues, quote repairs, install and refurbish pump stations and treatment plants, and uphold H&S standards while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and good customer service
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Qualifications and/or experience in Mechanical / Electrical engineering
• Knowledge of sewage treatment plant and pumping stations desirable but not essential
• Full UK driving licence
• Able to work alone and within a larger team

Responsibilities

• Deliver maintenance and repair service to CSG customers, domestic and commercial
• Diagnose, problem-solve and quote for repairs
• Provide installation and refurbishment service of pump stations, treatment plants and interceptors
• Maintain and update maintenance reports
• Comply with Group H&S policies and behaviours
• Demonstrate CSG management performance behaviours

Salary: Up to £40,000 (Basic Salary, overtime and call out rota standby) based on experience
