Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Field Service Engineer for a Nottingham-based position with national and international travel. You will service, support training, install, and maintain equipment while ensuring health & safety standards.

The role is with a global manufacturing leader offering job security, excellent training, and progression opportunities. Travel will be national and international (primarily Western Europe), with time off in lieu for out-of-hours work.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service or client-facing engineering roles.
• Ability to diagnose pneumatic and basic electrical faults.
• IOSH or related qualification and ability to produce risk assessments.
• Experience dealing with flammable gases preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Be the customer point of contact for in-service issues and training requirements.
• Create on-site Risk Assessments and Method Statements.

Are you an experienced Field Service Engineer looking for a really varied client facing position involving servicing, training, installation, maintenance and health & safety?

The role is with a global manufacturing leader in their field and can offer job security, excellent training and benefits plus further progression.

This position will involve national and international travel (mainly western Europe). Time off in lieu/overtime is given for out of hours/additional hours worked.

The role

Full time client facing permanent position with national and international travel, working for a global manufacturing company.

Very varied role involving being the customer point of contact for in service issues and training requirements.

Create on-site Risk Assessments and Method Statements.

The Person

Working experience in a Field Service, training or related client facing engineering position.

Diagnosis of pneumatic and basic electrical faults.

IOSH or related qualification plus experience of producing risk assessments.

Any academic or working experience of dealing with flammable gases preferred but not essential.

Willing to travel nationally/internationally.
