Job summary

Haier-Europe is seeking a Field Service Engineer to visit customers in their homes across Newcastle and surrounding areas, diagnosing and repairing appliance issues to restore functionality. You will manage daily van stock, update customers and colleagues on progress, and earn incentives for upselling products.

A full UK driving licence is essential, with in-house training to support your success. Experience with white goods is welcome but not required; strong motivation and customer service

But what we really need is self-motivation and strong technical and customer service skills.
