Right Now Group is currently partnered with a leader recruiting within their Field Service Engineering team in the North Midlands/Staffordshire region, following a period of sustained growth.

If you believe you are suitable for a Field Service role focused on white goods and want to work in an organization that values and sets reasonable expectations, this could be the role for you.

Ideal Experience:

• Electrical Engineering background or experience using a multimeter, relevant qualification such as City & Guilds - NVQ or equivalent
• Experience in repairing or installing catering, kitchen, white goods, industrial equipment, or domestic goods (e.g., microwaves, ovens)

Important: Full training will be provided, along with a company van. All applicants must have a full driver's license due to the nature of the role.

Role Details:

• Type: Full-Time Permanent
• Location: Chester/Crewe/Stoke/Stafford, North Midlands/Staffordshire region

Standby Fee:

A £50 standby fee is paid for being on call on Sundays and Bank Holidays (Bank Holidays are voluntary and not part of the 1 in 4 rota).

• Monday to Friday: 1.5x basic hourly rate after 8.5 hours
• Saturday (all day): 1.5x basic hourly rate
• Sunday (all day): 2.0x basic hourly rate
• Bank Holidays (all day): 2.5x basic hourly rate
