Job summary

Caffeine Limited in the United Kingdom seeks a motivated field-based commercial coffee engineer to install, service and repair premium coffee machines across cafes, offices and hospitality sites. You will be the frontline of our service team, ensuring reliability and high standards of equipment performance.

The role covers boiler inspections, fault diagnostics, parts procurement and close collaboration with the Service & Technical Manager to support growth.

Qualifications

• Experience as a field-based commercial coffee or vending engineer.
• Full UK driving licence.
• PSSR training is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Installing and commissioning commercial coffee machines.
• Servicing, repairing and maintaining commercial coffee machines.
• Carrying out boiler inspections.
• Diagnosing faults and identifying ways to prevent future breakdowns.
• Ordering and fitting replacement parts, including processing warranty parts promptly.
• Working closely with the Service & Technical Manager to support the growth of the department.

Top notch customer service & support, as you will be the frontline of Caffeine serving our valued customers on their premises. Specific tasks include:

• Installing and commissioning commercial coffee machines.
• Servicing, repairing and maintaining commercial coffee machines.
• Carrying out boiler inspections.
• Diagnosing faults and identifying ways to prevent future breakdowns.
• Ordering and fitting replacement parts, including processing warranty parts promptly.
• Working closely with our Service & Technical Manager to help support the continued growth of the department.

What we're ideally looking for

• Experience as a field-based commercial coffee or vending engineer.
• Experience working on a wide range of commercial machines is preferred.
• A genuine passion for coffee and commercial coffee equipment
• Full UK driving licence.
• PSSR training is desirable.

Location

Our focus is on East and North London plus the Home Counties.
