Job summary

Caffeine Limited in London is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service premium commercial coffee machines across North London and Hertfordshire. You will be the face of the company on client sites, installing, calibrating and commissioning equipment.

The role requires hands-on field experience with commercial coffee or vending machines, a full UK driving licence and a proactive approach to repairs, maintenance and fault prevention. A van is provided and overtime opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• Field-based engineering experience with commercial coffee or vending equipment.
• Full UK driving licence.
• PSSR training would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission commercial coffee equipment.
• Service, repair and maintain commercial coffee machines.
• Conduct boiler inspections.
• Identify faults early and prevent future breakdowns.
• Source and fit replacement parts, including handling warranty claims.
• Support the Service & Technical Manager as the department grows.
