Job summary

Vincere seeks an experienced Coffee Engineer to service and repair commercial coffee equipment across West London and the West & North Home Counties. You will install, commission and maintain bean-to-cup machines at customer sites, while managing your diary and ensuring high on-site customer service.

The role requires strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills, previous coffee engineering experience, and the ability to work independently with a full UK driving licence.

We are looking for an experienced Coffee Engineer to join our growing team, based in West London, West & North Home Counties

This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with strong bean-to-cup coffee machine experience who is looking for a varied field-based role covering West London and the West & North Home Counties.

You will be responsible for installing, servicing, maintaining and repairing commercial coffee equipment at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation and commissioning of commercial coffee machines
• Servicing and preventative maintenance
• Diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical faults
• Working on bean-to-cup coffee machines – essential
• Carrying out breakdown and reactive repairs
• Ensuring equipment is operating safely and efficiently
• Providing excellent customer service on-site
• Completing service reports and relevant paperwork
• Managing your own diary and workload across the territory
• Working closely with the wider service and technical team

About You

We're looking for an experienced Coffee Engineer who has:

• Previous coffee engineering experience
• Strong bean-to-cup experience – essential
• Good electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills
• Experience working on commercial catering or coffee equipment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• A full UK driving licence

Experience working across multiple commercial coffee machine brands would be highly desirable.
