Job summary

LUXE Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Field Service Engineer with plumbing, pipework or white goods experience to join a growing, subscription-based domestic water systems business serving the Stoke and Derby area (ST & DE postcodes).

You’ll be responsible for installations and maintenance, aiming to complete work to the highest standards. The role offers a competitive base salary (£29,000–£30,000) with an OTE up to £38,000, 23 days’ holiday, and a company vehicle for personal use.

Qualifications

• Basic plumbing, pipework, white goods or domestic appliance installation experience (full training provided).
• Live in ST or DE postcode area.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Cover your allocated region and assist others in the team as needed.
• Install or repair systems in customers' homes.
• Identify and fix issues first time to avoid return visits.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience from first contact to departure.

Job description

We're looking for a Field Service Engineer with plumbing, pipework or white goods experience to join and contribute to the success of an expanding, innovative subscription-based business in the domestic water systems sector.

This role will cover the Stoke & Derby area (ST & DE postcodes). The role does not require specific industry experience as full training will be provided, however you must drive and have solid experience working in a field service role. The Role

As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be the hero ensuring customers get the most out of their game-changing water systems, making installations a breeze and providing top-notch maintenance on every interaction.

• Covering your allocated region and assisting others in your team if needed.
• Installing or repairing systems for customers in their homes.
• Identifying and fixing issues first time to avoid return visits.
• Provide an awesome customer experience from the first call until leaving their property.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards, leaving homes clean & tidy.
• Set up and demonstrate the product for the customer, ensuring they enjoy all the amazing features.
• Positive and frequent communication with the scheduling and stock teams to ensure issues are swiftly resolved.
• Go out of your way to drive positive reviews and customer recommendations.
• Follow all Stand Operating Procedures and defined processes, accurately recording information in the systems.
• Record all stock consumption accurately to ensure your van stock aligns to system counts.

Salary, perks & incentives

The company offer a competitive basic salary of £29,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience), with an OTE of up to £38,000 and potentially beyond. This is based on a 37.5 hour, Monday - Friday working week. You will also benefit from a company vehicle which can be used for personal use, all expenses covered, 23 days holiday, and progression opportunities for the right people.
