Job summary

Lely Atlantic Ltd. (UK & IRL) is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install and maintain Lely equipment. This position offers hands-on experience and the chance to develop skills in a supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will have service experience, preferably in the dairy-related industry, and strong customer relationship skills. Company benefits include a van, training, health cash back, and an enhanced pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Previous service experience in the dairy-related industry preferred.
• Experience and/or a relevant qualification in service, mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Full valid driver's license (maximum 3 points) required.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Lely products on customer farms.
• Build positive relationships with customers.
• Collaborate with service/sales colleagues as needed.
• Ensure company van is fully equipped with required parts.
• Complete accurate job-related administration and reports.
• Complete Lely mandatory training and exams.

Job description

As a Field Service Engineer, you will get hands on experience, developing the knowledge and skills required to perform the necessary tasks to install and maintain Lely equipment.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous service experience in dairy-related industry is preferred but not essential;
• Experience and/or a relevant qualification in service, mechanical or electrical engineering;
• Ability to use computer applications;
• Strong customer relationship skills and ability to work in a team;
• Must possess a full valid driver’s license (maximum 3 points);
• Ability to problem solve and multitask with a high attention to detail.
