Job summary

Lely Atlantic Ltd. (UK & IRL) is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install and maintain Lely equipment. This position offers hands-on experience and the chance to develop skills in a supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will have service experience, preferably in the dairy-related industry, and strong customer relationship skills. Company benefits include a van, training, health cash back, and an enhanced pension scheme.

Qualifications

Previous service experience in the dairy-related industry preferred.
Experience and/or a relevant qualification in service, mechanical or electrical engineering.
Full valid driver's license (maximum 3 points) required.

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Lely products on customer farms.
Build positive relationships with customers.
Collaborate with service/sales colleagues as needed.
Ensure company van is fully equipped with required parts.
Complete accurate job-related administration and reports.
Complete Lely mandatory training and exams.
