We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Engineer to join our team in East Kilbride, Glasgow, UK. The role involves maintaining and servicing our estate of photobooths, photo printing machines, and key cutting machines. Full training and a company vehicle will be provided.

Position: Field Service Engineer - Full Time

Hours: 45 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days

Salary: £28,782 per annum + bonus scheme

Location: East Kilbride, Glasgow, UK

The ideal candidate will live within approximately 10 miles of East Kilbride and be willing to travel around the surrounding areas for service visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Replenish and restock machines
• Perform preventative maintenance within assigned territory
• Conduct site surveys for new machine installations
• Clean and maintain machines to high standards
• Manage cash removals and deposits
• Carry out repairs as part of ongoing maintenance
• Manage stock both on-site and in vehicles
• Support or cover for colleagues in other territories when needed
• Build positive relationships with concession partners and colleagues
• Maintain a professional appearance and leave machines in excellent condition
