Right Now Group is currently partnered with a leader who is recruiting within their Field Service Engineering team in the North Midlands/Staffordshire region after a period of sustained growth.

If you consider yourself suitable for a Field Service role with a focus on white goods and want to work within an organization that sets reasonable expectations and values its employees, this could be the role for you.

Ideal Experience:

• Electrical Engineering background or experience using a multimeter, relevant qualification such as City & Guilds - NVQ or equivalent
• Experience in repairing or installing catering, kitchen, white goods, industrial equipment, or domestic goods such as microwaves, ovens, etc.

Important:

Full training will be provided, as well as a company van. Please note that all applicants must have a full driver's license due to the nature of this role.

Salary:

£32,000 - £35,000

Standby Fee:

A £50 standby fee is paid for being on call on Sundays and Bank Holidays (Bank Holidays are voluntary and not part of the 1 in 4 rota).

• Monday to Friday: 1.5x basic hourly rate after 8.5 hours
• Saturday all day: 1.5x basic hourly rate
• Sunday all day: 2.0x basic hourly rate
• Bank Holidays all day: 2.5x basic hourly rate
