Job summary

Essentia Solutions are recruiting a field service engineer to cover London and the South East, working on floor care equipment. You will troubleshoot machines from various manufacturers, provide onsite technical support, and carry out reactive and preventative maintenance.

The role requires an electrical or electro-mechanical qualification, a full clean driving licence, and proven field service experience in janitorial and floor care equipment.

Essentia Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a market leading floor care equipment maintenance business based in London.

Due to expansion of their service team, they are currently looking for a field service engineer to cover London and the South East.

The Duties of the role include:

• Trouble Shooting various manufacturers machines
• Provide technical Support to customers
• Both Reactive and PPM Maintenance

Key Requirements

• Troubleshooting, Technical Support, Maintenance & Repair skills
• Ideally hold an electrical or electro-mechanical qualification
• Hold a full, clean driving licence
• Previous field service experience in janitorial and floor care equipment
• Excellent communication and IT skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the cleaning industry is essential
• Relevant certifications or training in equipment maintenance and repair

• A competitive salary of between £38,000 - £45,000, based on experience
