Job summary

Thrive Group are working with a Wiltshire client to recruit a Field Service Engineer on a permanent basis. The role offers stability, progression and a rewarding career in a hands-on environment.

You will support clients on-site and in workshop settings, servicing pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical and mechanical equipment, carrying out testing and fault finding, while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Agricultural, plant or commercial engineering experience.
• Experience using hydraulic, electric and manual tools.
• Ability to read and understand technical documents and drawings.
• Excellent communicationskills at all levels.
• Attention to detail and the abilityto manage own workload.
• Your own toolkit would be desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support clients on-site and workshop servicing and assembly.
• On-site work on pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical and mechanical equipment components including testing and fault finding.
• Handle a variety of on-site repairs while maintaining excellent face-to-face customer service.
