We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Engineer to join our team in Cambridge, UK. This full-time role involves maintaining our estate of photobooths, photo printing machines, and key cutting machines. Full training and a company vehicle are provided.

Position Details:

• Hours: 45 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days
• Salary: £28,782 per annum + bonus scheme
• Location: Cambridge, UK (candidate should reside within approximately 10 miles)

In this role, you'll travel around the surrounding areas to service machines, ensuring they are operational and well-maintained. We value customer satisfaction and encourage initiative and multitasking to turn first-time customers into lifelong clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Replenishing and restocking machines
• Carrying out preventative service visits within a designated territory
• Completing site surveys for new machine installations
• Cleaning machines to ensure they are in excellent condition
• Managing cash removals and deposits
• Performing repairs as part of ongoing maintenance
• Managing stock both on-site and in vehicles
• Supporting or covering for other field engineers
• Building positive relationships with concession partners' colleagues
• Maintaining a professional appearance and leaving machines in better condition than found
