Job summary
Hunter Selection is recruiting a Service & Maintenance Engineer for UK-wide field service and workshop maintenance of specialist equipment. You will service, calibrate, fault-find, repair and commission across customer sites and our workshop.
Travel to UK sites and occasional Europe is expected. The ideal candidate holds an electrical qualification and has hands-on experience with electrical/electro-mechanical systems, strong diagnostics, and a professional customer-facing approach.
Qualifications
- Recognised electrical engineering qualification (City & Guilds/ONC/HNC/Apprenticeship or equivalent).
- Experience servicing, fault finding, maintenance and repair of electrical/electro-mechanical equipment.
- Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Methodical approach with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer-facing manner.
Responsibilities
- Service, calibration, fault finding and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs.
- Build, test and commission equipment; installation at customer sites.
